เรื่องย่อ

ปีเตอร์ ปาร์คเกอร์ รับบทโดย “แอนดรูว์ การ์ฟิลด์” คือเด็กหนุ่มธรรมดาๆคนหนึ่งที่อยากจะใช้ชีวิตแบบเด็กหนุ่มคนอื่นๆ แต่การป็นทั้งคนธรรมดาและซุปเปอร์ฮีโร่คนของประชาชนนั้นไม่ใช่เรื่องง่าย การต่อสู้กับผู้ร้าย และความรับผิดชอบอันยิ่งใหญ่ของสิ่งที่มันมากับการเป็นสไปเดอร์แมนในภาคนี้ ทำให้เขาได้รู้ว่าการต่อกรกับผู้ร้ายสุดโหดมันเพิ่งจะเริ่มต้นขึ้นเท่านั้น

สำหรับการเป็น ปีเตอร์ ปาร์คเกอร์ คงไม่มีความรู้สึกไหนที่ดีไปกว่าการได้แกว่งไกว ห้อยโหนไปตามตึกสูงระฟ้า มีแต่ผู้คนชื่นชมโอบกอดเขา เพราะความเป็นซุปเปอร์ฮีโร่ และที่สำคัญที่สุด คือใช้เวลากับหวานใจของเขา“ เกว็น สเตซี่” รับบทโดย “เอ็มม่า สโตน” แต่ความสุขก็มักจะอยู่กับเขาได้ไม่นานเพราะชีวิตและความปลอดภัยของชาวนิวยอร์กขึ้นอยู่กับ สไปเดอร์แมน แต่เพียงผู้เดียว เหล่าผู้ร้ายที่มีกำลังแข็งแกร่งกว่าเขาหลายเท่า ไม่ว่าจะเป็น “อิเลคโตร” รับบทโดย เจมี่ ฟอกซ์, เพื่อนรักเพื่อนแค้นอย่าง “แฮรี่ ออสบอร์น” ทำให้เขาค้นพบว่าเหล่าอสุรกายนั้นมีต้นกำเนิดมาจากองค์กรที่ชื่อ “ออสคอร์ป”
