เจนนิเฟอร์ (Jennifer รับบทโดยเมแกน ฟ๊อกซ์ - Megan Fox) เป็นนักเรียนหญิงโรงเรียนมัธยมในเมืองเล็ก ๆ แห่งหนึ่งที่ถูกปีศาจกระหายเลือดสุดโหยเข้าสิง เธอกลายร่างจาก สาวไฮสคูลแสนร้ายกาจ ที่ทั้งสวย (โดยที่เจ้าตัวไม่ค่อยจะรู้เนื้อรู้ตัวสักเท่าไหร่), เริด, และเชิดชนิดมั่นสุด ๆ ไปเป็น นางมารร้ายตัวจริงตรงดิ่งพุ่งขึ้นมาจากนรกขนานแท้ สาวสวยวัยใสที่เคยมีความงามเปร่งประกายเจิดจรัสนับวันจะค่อย ๆ ซีดเผือดลง ร่างกายก็ผ่ายผอมดูอมโรค แถมยังโหยหิวมองหาเนื้อสด ๆ มากินอยู่ตลอดเวลา หนุ่ม ๆ คนใดที่ไม่เคยได้มีโอกาสเฉียดกรายเข้าใกล้สาวใสไร้หัวใจมาก่อน ก็จะได้สัมผัสนาทีทองของชีวิตวัยหนุ่ม ก่อนที่จะกลายเป็นเหยื่อสุดโอชะของเจนนิเฟอร์ สาวน้อยที่กินได้ไม่เคยรู้จักอิ่ม

ส่วนนีดดี้ (Needy รับบทโดยอาแมนด้า ซายฟรี้ด - Amanda Seyfried) เพื่อนสาวซี้สุด ๆ ก็เธอสนิทกับเจนนิเฟอร์มาแทบจะตลอดทั้งชีวิต แถมยังโดนความงามอันโดดเด่นของเจนนิเฟอร์บดบังมาโดยตลอด แต่เธอก็ไม่เคยปริปากบ่นน้อยอกน้อยใจแต่อย่างใด เมื่อเพื่อนรักสาวสวยเปลี่ยนไป ก็มีเพียงเธอคนเดียวเท่านั้นที่จะลุกขึ้นมาปกป้องหนุ่ม ๆ ทุกคนในเมืองแห่งนี้ ซึ่งหมายรวมถึง ชิพ (Chip รับบทโดยจอห์นนี่ ซิมม่อนส์ - Johnny Simmons) แฟนหนุ่มสุดเนิร์ดของเธอด้วยนั่นเอง
